Policies
These policies help me give each of my Authentic Babes the best possible experience!
1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked under your full name with a current phone number so I can reach you directly.
All guests are REQUIRED to confirm their appointment through Square Booking.
If I do not receive a confirmation through both Square and text, I will assume you’re not coming and your appointment will be canceled.
2. Rescheduling
I kindly require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment.
3. No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
If you cancel the same day or do not show up, you will be asked to provide a credit card on file in order to rebook.
If another same-day cancellation or no-show occurs, a 50% charge of the scheduled service total will be applied.
(This does not include illness, family emergencies, or other unavoidable situations — I completely understand that life happens.)
4. Deposits
Deposits are required for guests who have previously no-showed, canceled last minute, or frequently reschedule, as well as for any bookings outside the studio.
All deposits are non-refundable and will go toward your total service cost.
5. Travel & Bridal Services
Any on-site styling or bridal service outside the studio requires a travel fee and non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
6. Adjustments
If you’d like an adjustment, please reach out within one week of your appointment so I can ensure your hair is perfect for you.
